One of the most significant reasons I am on the path to becoming a complete person today is because I am stepping outside the box now instead of living in constant fear. Now, I am facing my fears, instead of being unhappy, I am now happy, and in control of my own destiny, and I am constantly proving this to myself every single day by stepping out of my comfort zone, when I am being challenged by an obstacle. Keep in mind these strategies to help you “step outside the box.”
1. Most of what you worry about, never take place
2. I will gain more confidence every day
3. I face my fears head on
4. My past does not stop my future
5. I will be true to myself.
Have you done anything lately that you thought would be a failure, but after you had, you felt more confident than ever before? If you have not, I highly recommend you do so! The only way to get past your fear of something is to ..DO IT NOW! You will be shocked and amazed, it will be the best feeling you have felt in quite some time. The goal is to break through the sides of your box and destroy it.
Stepping outside your box and conquering your fear is the only way if you want to grow as a person. I always admire confident people, who take on fear and go out there in spite of them feeling scared. You will have better experiences in your life, than being confined in that box you have formed around yourself. If you want to become a better person, you have to push yourself to the limit, get out of your comfort zone, and take chances otherwise, it will not happen. Challenge yourself by expanding your thinking, embracing ideas, and trying new things. Your life will begin to expand and grow. Your dreams will come alive right before your eyes. So stay true to yourself! And step outside your box!
